Good hotel with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and friendly staff. They helped my elderly parents during my first stay. Always a great experience! Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

We were very pleased with our stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites. Very nice, cleanly rooms, friendly staff, amazing continental breakfast, and great location.
I was slightly upset that their pool room was being remodeled and I wasn't aware until after we checked in. We had 3 young children looking forward to swimming the night we arrived. Maybe, because I booked online? They did have a deal with the Holiday down the road for people staying at the Fairfield to go there and use their pool which was fantastic the next morning, but it was inconvenient the night we arrived as we got there late after having a long day. The last thing we wanted to do was repack up 3 kids after driving 1 1/2 hours to go to a different hotel to swim the night we arrived. I understand the situation, but better notice would have been appreciated.

The room was modern when upgraded with well maintained Precor equipment, a fantastic shower plus Fridge. The location was favourable, right by Stevens Point for a sports event.

That I could find conveniently online and book in advance, and then find easily from interstate exit. CONVENIENT!
When girls soccer team bus blocked our exit from parking briefly in morning departure -- but not a normal circumstance.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Stevens Point was really clean, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Offering assistance with a smile and providing thoughtful recommendations for nearby dining options.
A small refrigerator in the room would be helpful.

Over all the experience was a pleasant one. We were traveling for a soccer tournament so the location was excellent. The staff upon arrival was friendly and advised the pool was open until 11pm and that a full breakfast was available 6-10 on the weekend. The rooms were very clean. The Breakfast was a plus since the boys had soccer games at noon on Saturday and 7:30am on Sunday. This allowed for them to have nutritional and well balanced breakfast before playing.
Since it was a busy weekend in town we were unable to cancel reservations for Friday even after several of our party tried to and were first told yes and then found out no. Since we were told the pool was open until 11pm, Friday night a few of the boys were swimming in the pool (they were all 15 or 16 yrs old). A couple of us parents were in the pool area hanging out. It was just us and 3 teenage boys. At just after 10pm an older gentleman came in to use the hot tub. At that time a staff member entered the pool area and told the boys to keep it down so the gentleman could enjoy the facilities. She was not very nice about it and we parents were sitting right there. All the boys were doing was goofing around with each other in the pool and not even being very loud. There were only 3 of them. The next day we left for the soccer game around 10:30 and when we arrived at about 3pm our room door was ajar. It was left open by the cleaning service. When I called the front desk I received and apology and was told the head housekeeper would be up. She came up and apologized offering us reward points, which we are not part of, or something from their store area. We kindly declined. I feel that if I am going to pay $159/night I should expect our room will always be secure if we are not in it. It was disappointing that a discount was not offered upon check out when I reiterated that aside from the cleaning service leaving our room open everything was ok. Things happen and we would stay here again but not for $159/night.

Nice stay with great breakfast!
Had a really enjoyable stay! The room was clean, and the pool was a fun bonus. The complimentary breakfast had delicious scrambled eggs and waffles, which hit the spot. Only thing was the parking could get a bit crowded at times, especially on weekends. Awesome spot for the price!

My wife says that housekeeping should have come daily for families. It would be great to have a more consistent cleaning service, especially at $180 per night.

We played a round at the nearby golf course and explored some shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly, and our rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was a hit! Don't miss the local Italian spot recommended by the front desk, it was fantastic! Definitely a great choice for group trips.
Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but the manager worked hard to fix it. It took a bit longer than expected, slightly inconvenient.

Really good Service and Comfort
Our family enjoyed a good stay! The staff were very good when I accidentally left my favorite sweater behind. They kept it safe and even shipped it to us. The breakfast options were excellent, especially the fresh fruit and hot oatmeal. Highly recommend!

Attending a sporting event. The room was immaculate, and the comfort level was great. Staff was great by providing an early breakfast and a late checkout. Juicy steaks offered at breakfast were a good surprise, made mornings more enjoyable.
